Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Dab Rigs & Bongs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the unused item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully pack your item in its original box with all protective padding to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund items damaged during return shipping.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the item is unused and in pristine condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
